i appreciated the excellent service from the cleaning personnel the staff was friendly and accommodating the lobby offered a quiet atmosphere with minimal wait times at the front desk the location provided easy access to shopping theaters and times square. i found the room bright and it had everything i needed for my stay. the air conditioner worked great.

the lack of coffee or tea pot in the room was a slight inconvenience for me.

the doorman was excellent and helpful facilitating our transport needs brian greeted us with enthusiasm upon arrival check-in was very simple i felt the staff. this made it easier to settle in.

the gym equipment seemed a little outdated. the machines are functional, but upgrading them would improve the experience. i also noticed limited space, which can be challenging during peak hours. i wish there were more options available to me.
